Terms of Service

Please do not rush me, be patient. Regular turnarounds take about three weeks to three months. I do have a life and want to balance it in between.

I will not tolerate any disrespect, pushy or unprofessional behavior.

Please let me know in advance if you want a quick turnaround. Any commission type that doesn't require a rush deadline are acceptable for less than a week.

Be prepare to give a description on what you want. If not, I will take artistic freedom which is acceptable.

I accept upfront or half-payment. I do not take in payment before I start the commission and after I finished the picture.

I use PayPal (invoices), Venmo, Cashapp, and even Amazon gift cards as payment.

I will send out work in the commission order, I sent over the following: a sketch, colored sketch, line art, colored and the final product.

I can cancel the commission anytime due to being unavailable to complete, any unnecessary rude behavior or mental health.

I have the right to post it on different websites. However, if you want a private commission, let me know beforehand.

I have the right to refuse an order. If I cannot do the order anymore, then I will refund the full/partial payment depending on how big the amount.

I will not remove my signature/watermark. This protects from getting owned by someone else to claim it as theirs.

You are allowed to have major three edits within the commission. After the commission is done but still wants major edits, you will be charged an extra $5 dollars each time. Small edits are acceptable.

After the commission is finished, there is no refund.

Do not claim, trace or steal the picture as your own.

You have the right to ask for a refund in between the thumbnail or cleanup stage.

You are free to ask for an update every two weeks or later.

You're allowed to use your commission for personal use only.

Once the commission is completed, you have three edits. After that, there will be a cost of $5 dollars added each time.

If you want to use your commission as a commercial use then the base price is doubled.

You as the commissioner is allowed to repost with permission but please make a full credit of the artist (Alma-Abyss)
